So when one of Donald Trump’s top energy advisers, Stephen Moore, said that “The Sierra Club is the big loser if Trump wins,” it provoked a Tweetstorm of fury from our Executive Director Michael Brune -- first ever.
Michael Brune was incensed because what happens to the Sierra Club is completely besides the point. What matters is what will happen to the PLANET, because if Trump follows through on any of his Big oil and fossil fuel industry dream scenario proposals, the result will be completely disastrous for our climate and our families.
